Quality Houses Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to inform the resolutions of the meeting No.7/2008 of the Board of Directors of the Company, held on July 23, 2008 at the conference room, 7th Floor, Q.House Lumpini Building, South Satorn Road, Tungmahamaek Sub-District, Satorn District, Bangkok, as follows;
1. The appointment of Pol. Gen. Pow Sarasin to be new Chairman replace of Mr.Chaiwat Hutacharoen who pass away in peace on June 23,2008, and not to be Chairman of Audit Committee and Independent director, which shall be in effective from July 23, 2008 onward,be approved.
2. The appointment of Mr.Krit Phunratanamala to be a new additional Independent Director and Member of Audit Committee, and the appointment of Mr.Adul Vinaiphat to be new Chairman of Audit Committee, which shall be in effective from July 23, 2008 onward, be approved.
